VELURA – SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

At Velura, we know you want your recovery tools as fast as possible.

  • All orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST) Monday through Saturday are processed and dispatched on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details the moment your package leaves our fulfillment center.

2. UAE DELIVERY RATES & TIMELINES

We partner with premium local couriers to ensure fast, reliable delivery directly to your door across all Emirates.

  • Dubai & Sharjah:

    • Standard Delivery: 1 Business Day (Next Day)

    • Cost: 15 AED (or FREE for orders over 150 AED)

  • Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain:

    • Standard Delivery: 1–2 Business Days

    • Cost: 20 AED (or FREE for orders over 150 AED)

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to certain remote or non-serviceable areas within the UAE may take 3–5 business days. Our courier team will contact you directly to arrange the most convenient drop-off.

3. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE for your convenience.

  • A nominal handling fee of 10 AED applies to all COD orders to cover courier cash-handling costs.

  • To avoid this fee, we highly recommend utilizing our secure, encrypted checkout via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit/Debit Card, or our Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) partners.

  • Please ensure you provide a valid UAE mobile number at checkout so our courier can verify your location before delivery.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a live tracking link. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time. If you have not received your tracking information within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us immediately at velurashop.ae@gmail.com.

5. FAILED OR DELAYED DELIVERIES

To guarantee fast delivery, please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate.

  • Makani Numbers: For Dubai deliveries, including your Makani number at checkout will expedite the routing process.

  • Unreachable Customers: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If they cannot reach you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm the drop-off, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In this event, a redelivery fee may apply.

  • We do not ship to standard P.O. Boxes; a physical residential or business address is required.

6. MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking link shows your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your building reception, security desk, or neighbors first. If it is still missing, notify us at velurashop.ae@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can open an investigation with the courier and ensure you receive your items.
